Who we are
Cultivarus is a service of AEOSearch, LLC. This page says what the Cultivarus site collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. To ask anything about your data, use the contact form on our partners page, which reaches us directly.
What we collect, and when
- The free check. The business name, the town and the kind of business you enter, and an email address only if you choose to give one. The result is kept in the server’s memory until the end of the day, so a second check for the same business returns the same answers.
- Your connection. To limit how many checks and enquiries one connection can send, your IP address is combined with a secret and reduced to a code before it is counted. The address itself is never stored or written to a log by our code.
- The partner enquiry. Your name, agency, email and message. They are sent to us by email and are not kept on the site.
- Checkout. Stripe collects your card and billing details on its own page; we never see the card number. We receive the order, your name, your email and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign code from that link.
- Client sign-in. The email address a client enters to receive a sign-in link, and a signed cookie that keeps them signed in.
Why we collect it
To run the check you asked for and show you its answers; to send the result to your email when you ask; to answer an enquiry; to take payment for and deliver the audit, the move or the month; to let a client read their own month; and, only if you say yes in the cookie box, to measure which advertising brought visitors here.
Who else sees it
- OpenAI, Google and Perplexity receive the ten questions and the town during a free check, so each can answer as it would for a customer. They do not receive your email.
- Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers our email. Vercel hosts the site.
- Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Google Analytics receive visit data only after you accept advertising cookies, and only for those we have switched on.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising unless you accept advertising cookies. A browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a no.
How long we keep it
Free check results last until the end of the day they were run. Enquiries and order emails are kept as long as we need them to do the work and to meet tax and accounting rules. A sign-in link lasts fifteen minutes and a session thirty days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to advertising cookies at any time from the cookies page. To make a request, use the contact form on our partners page, which reaches us directly. We answer within thirty days.
Children
The site is for business owners and is not directed at children under sixteen.
