The agreement
These terms are between you and AEOSearch, LLC, which runs Cultivarus. By using the site, running the free check or buying a service, you agree to them. For questions, use the contact form on our partners page, which reaches us directly.
The free check
The free check sends ten questions to ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity and shows the names they give on the day you run it. Their answers change, and the check reports them as they stood at that moment. It is limited to one check per business a day and a few per connection, and you agree not to use it to collect data in bulk.
The audit, the move and the month
The audit is sold at a fixed price of $800 and the move from $3,950 for up to 500 old addresses; above 500, the price is agreed in writing before you pay. The month is billed from $1,000 a month and begins after an audit or a move. Each service is described on its page, and the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
What we do not promise
Nobody controls what an assistant or a search engine says. We do not promise a ranking, a number of calls or a level of sales. We promise the work described on each service’s page, done with care, and we tell you plainly what it found and what it changed.
Your site and your accounts
You keep ownership of your site, your content and your accounts. You give us the access the work needs and can take it back at any time; work that depends on that access stops when it is withdrawn.
Payment and refunds
Payments are taken by Stripe. If we cannot start the work you paid for, we refund it in full. Once the work has started, a refund covers the part not yet done.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The terms in force when you bought a service apply to that service.
